Lovely friendly and extremely helpful staff. Spotless, even though renovations were taking place. Look forward to every trip there.

The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff were friendly. Couldn’t fault the quality of the food with ample servings.

Excellent location for visiting Tamworth. Claire and team friendly and professional, couldn’t do enough for you.

The only thing was the street noise that's all . Maybe you should look at sound proofing the Windows. Other than that it was fantastic

As always we are looked after superbly by the staff. The breakfast menu is great, so much choice. I cannot praise the cleaners highly enough for their excellent work too.

We did have a problem this time with the extractor/aircon? Fan outside, which was quite loud. Other rooms have a similar thing, outside but are quieter and intermittent.

Check in was quick and easy and having a car park right next door (this is in a town centre) is an added bonus. The pub is really nice and reasonably priced. The room had been recently renovated and was very clean and tidy. A good town centre location with plenty of amenities within 5 minutes walking distance (an excellent Indian restaurant 1 min walk away). The full English breakfast was excellent as was the service. They offer a vegetarian option and over food if you don't fancy a full English. We will definitely stay again.

Had a twin room at front of hotel but was woken in the night by all the noise outside from people on way home from pubs.

customer services was good, room was clean and comfortable Central location.

Hotel did not have the own car park so you need to park in the public car park so you need to wait if there is not space. As it is in the town, there were a bit of noise.

Very clean and tidy everywhere, extremely well maintained. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the bar. The beds were very comfortable and lovely warm duvets - the room had everything you needed. Breakfast very tasty. We would stay again if in the area.
